Data we collect
- Email address and authentication identifiers.
- Profile information you provide (display name, interests, goal).
- Project content you create in the app (missions, tasks, notes, deliverables, reflections, skill evaluations).
- OAuth tokens for connected accounts (Google), stored encrypted.
- Usage analytics: page views, event interactions, error reports.
- Server logs (IP address, user agent, request timing).
Google Drive scope
If you connect Google Docs, we request the drive.file scope. This limits our access to files Woodwind creates or files you explicitly select via the Google Picker. We cannot list, read, or modify any other files in your Drive. Tokens are stored encrypted server-side and used only to perform actions you initiate inside Woodwind (creating a doc, reading a doc you attached, listing metadata for a doc you picked).
Service providers
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Vercel — hosting.
- Anthropic — AI features (prompts sent to Claude API).
- Google — optional Drive integration if you connect it.
- PostHog — product analytics.
Your controls
- Edit or delete any content you create from inside the app.
- Disconnect Google Docs from Settings; tokens are revoked and deleted.
- Delete your account from Settings → Danger zone. Or request a data export through the contact form.
Children
Woodwind is intended for users aged 13 and older.
