Woodwind is a web application for tracking project-based work and publishing a portfolio. Use of the service is subject to these terms.
Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- You may close your account at any time by emailing support.
User content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Woodwind. You grant Woodwind a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service. If you publish your portfolio publicly, you authorize Woodwind to display it to anyone who visits the public URL.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit content you do not have the rights to use.
- Use the service to violate any law.
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
- Interfere with the operation of the service.
AI features
Woodwind includes AI-generated content. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or publishing it.
Termination
Woodwind may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woodwind’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Woodwind in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Changes
Updates to these terms will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
